Credit cards are now accepted! As always, we use the best quality leather available and we enjoy creating new designs. Turn around times will vary with the season. All creations at Turning point leather are designed and hand crafted by Nancy McCloud. This ensures that your item will have the level of quality and workmanship we are known for. Your imagination is the only limit. We use the finest leathers available and all work is guaranteed against defect for one year.

Since every pair of chaps or accessory is made by one person, delivery times are estimates only. This is a popular product and there are always orders ahead of yours. Things that may slow down the delivery time of your product are:

• backorder of a leather choice

• custom silver work taking longer than anticipated

• transit times increased due to weather, or illness or injury to the maker of your product.

Turning Point Leather has two part time employees that help with some piece-work (silverwork and some beadwork), but I am the only one who actually puts your custom product together. While we try to keep on schedule, things can interfere. If your product has become delayed we will keep you informed via e-mail or phone call.

We request a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time you place your order with the balance to be paid the week the item is completed prior to shipping. We accept Mastercard, Visa, checks (please allow 7 days to clear), and cash.
